Hibiscus Drink

Dilute to your taste.

We recommend 1 part cordial to 3 parts water.

​

Stir well and top with lots of ice.

Hibiscus Bellini

Pour 50ml of Prosecco into a flute. Add 10ml of Hibiscus Cordial. Top up with Prosecco.

Hibiscus Margarita

Pour 60ml Tequila, 30ml Cointreau, 60ml Sorrel cordial, 30ml lime juice into a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Dip the rim of the glass in lime juice then in some salt.

 

Strain your cocktail into a glass and serve.
