Sorrel Straight Up
Half fill a tall glass with lots of ice.
Add the required amount of Sorrel and stir it thoroughly.
Stir regularly to maintain the preferred concentration.
Pour 50ml of Prosecco into a flute. Add 10ml of Sorrel Cordial. Top up with Prosecco.
Pour 60ml Tequila, 30ml Cointreau, 30ml Sorrel cordial, 30ml lime juice into a shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass and serve.
