Enjoy a glass of sparkling wine with a kiss of sorrel in either of these ways
Pour 10ml of sorrel into a champagne flute then slowly top up the flute with your sparkling wine.
Fill a champagne flute with sparkling wine then gently place a small teaspoon of sorrel sorbet in the top the glass.
Please beware that too much sorbet will cause the sparkling wine to effervesce and spill over.
Half fill a tall glass with lots of ice. Add the required amount of Sorrel and stir it thoroughly.
Stir regularly to maintain the preferred concentration.
